1. Provider

These terms govern the use of the website alpstrata.com and of mobile applications published under the Alpstrata brand (the "Apps"), provided by Blunico Sàrl, Avenue de la Dôle 6, 1005 Lausanne, Switzerland, UID CHE-404.347.918 ("we", "us").

2. Apps distributed via the Apple App Store

Apps obtained from the Apple App Store are licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), unless a custom licence agreement is provided with the App. These Terms supplement that EULA; where they conflict, the EULA prevails for App Store apps. Apple is not responsible for the Apps or their content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for them.

3. Apps distributed via Google Play

Apps obtained from Google Play are additionally subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

4. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the website and Apps for their intended purpose. You must not misuse them, attempt to gain unauthorised access, reverse engineer them except where permitted by law, or use them for unlawful purposes.

5. Accounts and content

Where an App lets you create an account or submit content, you are responsible for your account and content. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by writing to [email protected] or, where available, from within the App.

6. Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions, if offered, are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refunds are handled by the respective store.

7. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks and software remain the property of Blunico Sàrl or its licensors.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The website and Apps are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect damages and for slight negligence. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

9. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
